Once a person has reached the age of 21 years, he/she should consider having a will written, especially if property is owned by that person.
A will is a legal document that allows you to specify how, after death you want your assets distributed, it also allows you to nominate someone as your Executor. The Excutor you nominate will be responsible for making sure that your wishes are carried out, so it is important that you choose someone responsible.
A copy of all wills that are prepared by Triumph Legal Services are kept at our main office so that there is a copy available should your copy be lost.
